If you ski occasionally, a machine service is sufficient — but if you ski often or plan to race, hand service is the best choice.

How Often Should You Service Your Skis?

Ski bases and edges wear down regularly and must be maintained just as regularly.
The more you ski, the more often you need sharpening and waxing.

• If you ski daily, visit the service once a week.
• If you ski on weekends, once a month is enough.
• If you ski rarely, visit at least at the start and end of each season.
